From Stuck to Launch: How Zina Took Her Website From DIY to DI-Done

When Zina, an executive business coach and founder of The Next Mile LLC, first came to us, she was stuck. She had hired a web designer—most likely through Fiverr—who built her site on WordPress using Hostinger hosting. However, the backend was cluttered with junk code, the layout didn’t accurately reflect her true vision, and the whole thing felt like a half-baked draft. Worst of all, she didn’t feel confident sharing it. She wasn’t ready to launch her business until the site matched the clarity and professionalism she knew she had to offer.

That’s when she turned to us on the recommendation of another client.

We got to work by trying to salvage what we could, but it quickly became clear that the platform was holding her back. So, we made the call to start fresh. We rebuilt her site from the ground up using the Hostinger website builder instead of WordPress. The result? A cleaner, simpler, and more manageable solution tailored exactly to what Zina needed: a professional brochure-style site that reflected her brand.

We didn’t just rebuild—we collaborated. Every page was rewritten with her voice in mind. She worked with us step-by-step, offering feedback, adjusting copy, and helping shape the site into something she was proud of. Zina was organized, respectful of our process, and responsive when it mattered. She was the kind of client who lets you do your best work—and brings the best out of your team, too.

Once the final walkthrough was complete, she asked us to press the go-live button. It’s only been a week since launch, but she’s already thinking ahead to phase two: a video series that we’ll help her bring to life this fall.

This project is the perfect example of the kind of work we love—helping thoughtful professionals take their half-done websites and turn them into something launch-ready, aligned, and totally DI-Done.
